Stage 1 -  Initial Meeting, Brief and Discussion

In this part we usually request a face-to-face meeting to discuss ideas and get the ball rolling. If face-to-face is not possible, we can arrange a phone conference and cover the same ground.

Prior to this meeting we ask our clients to start collating materials and information in preparation for moving forward. This does mean that you are obligated to proceed with Web Zulu's services. Just about any provider of web services will ask you for similar information, so it's good to get this part rolling as soon as possible, even if you are looking at different quotes.

Things you should have ready:

• Domain Name

• Copy of your logo in electronic form

• Competitor Analysis

• Examples of sites you like

• Photographs
